Clubhouse Construction Announcement Dear LedgeRock Members
I should start by saying that this is not, and I repeat NOT an April Fool’s story. Earlier today the Greenbriar Founders Board approved a resolution to move forward with construction of a new clubhouse. The new 4,500 square foot facility will be located on the originally planned site next to the locker room. With indoor and outdoor dining venues, amazing views of the four finishing holes, a modern kitchen, and a fire pit for those late evening or late season drinks and stories, this will be a very special place. Designed in the open and relaxed style that has become the LedgeRock signature, the new clubhouse will be our crown jewel.
Complete financing of the $1.4 million project has been made possible by the contributions of the G-35 members. The board and the entire membership owe this group of LedgeRock partners a very large thank you for making this happen.
L2i Construction, represented by Brandon Lynch, has promised us that with contract in hand in the next few days, our new clubhouse will be ready for us in October.
Very exciting stuff on an otherwise dreary April 1st.
